First time here, I got their monday special plus a taco. It was a good presentation, and really enjoyed the chicken enchiladas, and beef taco.
Love this place, good quality and quick! The food is delicious. My favorite is the surf and turf burrito and the horchata. The best part is their open late. GREAT customer service too : The guy and girl that took my order and payment this afternoon were the best! They made sure I had my entire order correct, repeated it to me, asked me if I wanted any more salsas. They greeted me with a smile and were very friendly.
Saturday night after a long day at work. It was dark out. I pulled up to the drive through and started to debate what I was going to order. Soon I heard someone try my passenger side door and then knock on the window. At first I thought it was a worker, but then I saw this guy had multiple scary tattoos in his neck and face. He strongly asked if I could get him some fries. I did not roll down my passenger side window, but my window was down as I had been ready to place my order. Finally the guy disappeared and I started getting nervous he may approach my driver side window so I told the intercom that I would pull up to his window to place an order. The employee asked my immediately when I got up to the window "what do you want to get". I told him he had a pan handler back when I was trying to order. The guy looked back in that direction and then didn't say anything about that and shrugged his shoulders like he really didn't care, he again asked so are you going to get something. I was surprised he was treating the situation like that. I said you know he is harassing your customers right. He said do you want something or not. I said I think the right response would be I'm sorry about that or I will call the police, because that was scary. The employee mumbled "I'm sorry, now what do you want." It was then I felt like the employee could care less about me as a paying customer. I told him I would just go somewhere else.. The area at the drive through is very dark. If my door had not been locked who knows what would have happened. Because of this experience and lack of concern from the employees, I will not be back to this location.
Stopped in recently and decided to dine in. When I was filling my drink cup a fly came out of the dispenser and was floating in the cup. I brought the cup back to the front and the staff let me pick a bottled drink instead. Staff didn't do anything with the machine and other customers came into the restaurant and were given cups to get drinks. The front of the restaurant appeared to be clean. The food was good. Overall I like Victorico's but don't think I will return to this location at this time.
Second time eating here. Food is good, but could be better. I ordered a Basic Burrito with Sour Cream. The front of the burrito was loaded with the meat, but after the wall of meat there wasn't much meat left in the rest. Seemed ingredients were not stacked evenly. Never noticed the Sour Cream being in it, but it's possible it mixed in. Food was served fast, and the dine-in lobby has some personality and is well kept, which is more than I can say about some competitors I've visited. Suggestions: More flavor variety in the ingredients, have salsas open to public It's something I love about Baja Fresh!, Find a way to make sure the menu screens are always working... one of them was not functioning when we visited. What we could see of the menu though, was easy to read compared to other places thanks to color coding. My wife ordered the Pozole soup and quite loved it, so it may be food-dependant on quality. We also like that they have Horchata on tap.
First time here and will go back to try a different dish. I got cheese enchiladas and was disappointed. Cheese was not melted and the enchilada sauce tasted odd/gross. Like fish or something. I don’t understand how you can mess up enchilada sauce except making it a bit bland. The beans were okay but nothing great. The rice was really good and the green sauce was delicious.
This location 1000% better than the Tanasbourne location. I have ordered from here multiple times and have never had any issues.Food: 4/5
I ordered enchiladas from here and I ended up getting a burrito. I was pretty disappointed, they did refund my money and act fast when I said something. Hopefully when I go back in the future it will be better so I can move my review to 5 stars
Past two times I went through the drive thru there was a heavy oder of old garbage coming from the kitchen - doesn’t look very clean and sanitary either. The employees are generally rude or short with their words and the food has often tasted odd. I’ll think I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. Plus they’re overpriced.
Not good but, not bad. Perfectly bland. Red salsa is super meh. Salsa verde was slightly better. Probably more or less what you expect if everything came out of a can. Staff were super nice though, and the place was very clean. Not going to replace your LA/SoCal Burrito spot though. There's plenty of other smaller taco shops in Beaverton & Hillsboro that do it better. Vegetarian options: Chile Relleno burrito was okay, at best. Vegetarian burrito was a slight improvement with the guacamole.
