Me and husband went there earlier this week, got 2 burrito bowls. Their beens and veggies are pretty good. Rice not so much cuz both brown and white rice have parsley. But their Queso Blanco cheese sauce is the best. Literally, the whole reason why we went there again the same week. How DISAPPOINTING it was to drive to the restaurant, get half of the ingredients and then being told "sorry Blanco sauce is for online orders only" When literally 2 days ago we were able to get it there with no problem. I did not finish my order but husband took his with no sauce just to get home, realize how tasteless it is and put in the fridge "for later". For my order, in order to get the sauce, we had order the burrito bawl online where you cannot customize much, like getting brown beens on one side and black beens on another. After wasting money for delivery, I had to write this honest review letting every one know that Blanco sauce is apparently for online orders only. Even if it's right in frond if you, you cannot get it. Update: received the online order. Two things. They managed to put white rice instead of brown. See pics. And just the tiniest amount of lettuce. Conclusion: this location lost 2 customers.
No one working the line, zero sense of urgency or anyone moving with any sort of purpose, no apparent leadership from anyone in a management position. There are tons of customers waiting for orders but the staff is too busy dancing and/or being absolutely lazy. This is becoming more and more regular occurrence at Chipotle restaurants across the board and company leadership needs to step up or shut down and stop wasting customers time and money.
Lots of gristle and the guacamole was brown. Food was cold and not one single person acknowledged me or the other two people there. Just stared at us. Will not go back to this location and likely done with Chipotle in general. Ended up tossing our meal it was really bad.
Litterally globs of fat for the Barbacoa beef, ordered for delivery so I wasn't able to contest this at the restraunt. No edible meat for my bowl and barely anything else in it. I don't suggest ordering for delivery so you can watch them make it
I hate it when chipotle hires people who used to work at taco bell. The first picture is my daughter's burrito. Took 2 bites of it and it's already a half burrito. She was extremely hungry today due to people that stole her snacks at school. The second picture is my burrito. It was a bit bigger cause i added more things to it but disappointed and to my surprise I ask for fajitas, but no fajitas found when I was eating it. The burritos were fold the same way as the burritos from taco bell. Very bad job on current employees of chipotle's, not doing a good job training new employees. As customers we paid price to eat food as it is supposed to be made from chipotle's. And not food that needs to be the same as taco bell.
Maybe finally getting better??? This Chipotle went down the tubes a few months back - couldn’t order in person, long wait times, low quality food. But, my experience may indicate that things are back on the up and up. The food was pretty good, I could order in person, and there was minimal wait. Great! I gave 4 stars only because the rice was a tad bit under done, and the employees didn’t provide the greatest customer service. Minor things overall.
What an incredibly disappointing experience. My food wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be and the manager was very rude. They had no sense of urgency in preparing orders and there were several people waiting to pick up. Nothing in my burrito bowl order was correct. The chips tasted like they had been cooked in burned oil. The place was not very clean at all either. I really enjoy chipotle but I will definitely not be going back to this location.
I ordered pick up and it was supposed to be ready 10 minutes before I got it. When I went through the line to also get a burrito and at the end the cashier didn't ask me anything except if I wanted a bag. I asked for a drink and she had me cancel and when I asked to scan my app she had already gone ahead again and had to cancel. After I asked to scan my app she sighed and gave me a death stare, like I had inconvenienced her. Would not recommend this location, the employees would probly be happier if they were paid more and staffed properly there was 1 guy working the line at 6pm
FYI for online ordering: it's not done by Chipotle. They contract out to DoorDash for their deliveries. If it's 'too slow', you need to complain to DoorDash, NOT Chipotle. Chipotle won't do anything about it. Always something with this place! There's usually a sign on the door depicting some sort of issue. Usually it's limited hours due to 'staffing issues' maybe pay your employees more?. Yesterday they were only taking online orders due to an 'equipment malfunction.' Shouldn't your employees be able to call someone to come out and fix that issue? I cannot order online because I get my meals without meat. The veggie one isn't an option for me as it contains guacamole which I cannot eat and other things I do not like such as sour cream and lettuce. Perhaps Chipotle should adjust the app where we can customize our food a lot more. Other food places do it. Why can't Chipotle? I honestly feel sorry for the workers at this location. They always seem tired, miserable and stressed out. I applaud those who manage to stick around at all. Seems like an awful job.
I have to rate a place I love with unfortunate reviews. This has happened way too much lately. I order online it was screwed up and not only did I not get what I paid for but they don't give refunds when they don't have what u ordered they give you a credit and u can't recieve all of your credit at once even though that's what u ordered. Now I am pretty sure false advertisement would be part of this issue but I've sent emails and called the main head quarters still have not received a response. This has happened to other members of my household including 2 50.00 charges on our credit card made by someone in Florida and that was taken care of just recently. Chipolte seriously you can do much better for your paying customers. Your food was great but the rest of the place has gone down the drain
