My recent experience at this dealership was awesome and business professional. They provide multiple options to ensure your happiness with your new ride. Of course it speaks for itself, it is a USED CAR Dealership BUT any concern that may come about is taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely spend more of my $$$ with them. My husband and I Just purchased our Vehicle from Ahmed on 3/27/2017 and his customer service was great. We are totally satisfied with the service and our vehicle. I know that if I had any issues with this vehicle in the future which I know we shouldn't Management will handle the matter in a  professional way. We also had the pleasure to meet with Carmen and she made us feel so comfortable with how great her customer service was to us. I will definitely recommend Victory Auto Credit to my family and friends because they are honest and very helpful. They handle business with care and make you feel comfortable with no pressure at all. Thank you Ahmed and Carmen for your wonderful customer service.

DON’T GO TO THESE  PEOPLE....All of the cars on the lot have mechanical issues and the check engine light is on in all vehicles and they will tell you it’s a sensor but when you go put it on the machine the mechanic will find multiple issues ranging from engine back fire to anyything you can think of. My car broke down in its 1st month and they still demanded a payment and then once they “fixed” the issue they sent the repo man to pick my car up while I was at work mind you I was only 1 month behind. The management is horrible everybody is in charge until something serious happens and then nobody wants to be in charge nor do they know anything about anything. I will never use these janky ass bootleg undercover car lot again. And the repo team was just as rude as the people. And I will be filling a claim with the BBB as well as the Dealer Board in response to how this matter was handled. 

I didn’t want to give any stars but it wouldn’t let me post without leaving a star. So just know this is not for a good job it’s because i needed to leave a star in order for the comment to post
