Steve, Greg, and the other colleagues at Northbrook Auto were great to do business with. All along we felt they were knowledgeable, helpful, straightforward, and quick to respond to our needs. They treated us fairly and right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this auto dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle and wonderful service.

Can't say enough great things about Northbrook Auto sales, staff and Ownership!  Tom and staff made it fun, easy, affordable and quick to purchase my used Honda!  

It was so easy I referred my daughter to Northbrook and she came from South Carolina to find her recent Ford used car purchase.

Pay a lot, get a little. Always a risk buying a used car but these guys will lie to your face and tell you you're buying a great car. Then problems will start as soon as warranty is up.

I live 2 hours away and before going I called twice to inquire about the vehicle that I was interested in. I was told both times that the vehicle was available. The 2nd time I called I let him know that I was on the way to possibly get the car and that I was coming from 2 hours away. He said ok. I get there and test drive it. No issues. I fell in love with the car only to be told that the finance guy was not there (it was a Wednesday) so I would have to put the application in online and call in the morning. Needless to say I called the next day after putting the app in. I called at 130 the finance guy said that he hadnt even looked at the online apps so I waited an hr and called back and was told that he wouldnt be able to do anything until Friday and I wouldnt be able to get the car until possibly Tuesday. When I say horrible customer service it was the worst not to mention the fact that I never got his name. I wasted my day off and my husband's day off and ended up with nothing. I was pretty irritatted. If you can get past the customer service then you may get lucky. I wouldnt recommend based off the customer service.
