Just called the store @ 7:10pm. Guy answered. My question was, What time do you guys Close? He replied we're closing now. I repeated myself, He say uhhhhhhhh 7:45. I dont know the owners, but this is Holiday season & stores like this is closing early for no exact reason. I looked online , it say 8pm. So hey, you just lost a customer. Never wasting my gas ever again. . I'll shop online @Footlocker or Nike

I sometimes come to this Villa cause it's near my home, but the store is always a mess and the manger is rude I believe her name is  Consuela  she's very very unprofessional! How can a person be a manager of the shoe store but not have knowledge of the brand !? I've asked her for help on a specific Nike shoe and she just completely ignored me... It seems like ANYONE can be a manager here.  Thank god for the store associates they seem to have better knowledge of the product in the store than the manager herself Smh..

I have only been there once but I have shopped online through their store a couple of times and let me just say that I would rather shop online than go this store. The staff is not so friendly and they were all on top of me watching I guess to see if I would steal something smh I guess the neighborhood where they're located they would be like that.
