Very unprofessional...you purchase merchandise here and when you need to return wanted purchase employee at kedzie and Chicago Ave.were Closed at 6:45 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. and advise customers that system is down to keep from excepting returns and being able to close out registers  early. Advised by other location this is a game they play all the time at this location.( light skined gentleman with the dreads is the one that told me of the unfortunate system down situation) after being sent away I was advised maybe to call his district manger and alert them of the games they play. Bottom line I don't spend my hard earned money with ppl. Who play games and think poor customer service is okay. Other stores knew the act and who was doing it before I could finish my statement...if you don't want to work quit bet you were paid until 7 not 6:45. Damn shame..hold on to that only in hood the legacy..
