This used to be pretty good, but recently they've dropped their quality and service. Our last order called in 2 pizzas, told half hour showed up and had to wait another half hour. The pizzas weren't that good either. Disappointing.

We ordered a pizza to go about a month ago and didn't have a great experience. When we got to the restaurant to pick up the pizza, we had to wait. This was the first time eating from the restaurant, it had been recommended to us as a great little Italian restaurant. When we got home with the pizza, we realized that they had forgotten the only meat ingredient that we ordered, and the crust seemed undercooked. They didn't seem that busy. When we called to let them know their mistake, we were instructed to bring the pizza back. That's kind of a hassle, and I don't understand why they wouldn't show you the pizza before you leave the restaurant to help ensure there are no errors. Regardless, we went back to the restaurant and brought the pizza where we were instructed to show them the pizza. Regardless, we went back to the restaurant and brought the pizza where we were instructed to show them the pizza. They then took the pizza back to show the man cooking who said he was sure he put the meatballs on there. I didn't know if they were going to remake the pizza or just throw meatballs on there. I asked the girl as much, and he came up and ally offered to make us a new pizza. When she handed me the pizza, she still didn't open the box to confirm it was correct. I waited for the new pizza which was above average and they did have an impressive amount of green chiles as one of our toppings so I can't complain there. The crust still seemed a bit under done. We just ordered the same pizza tonight, and we were sure to check the pizza before we left the store this time. Ample amount of toppings, but not well dispersed and canned mushrooms. Overall average and there's no real pride or professionalism from the staff. I'll get my pizzas from Amici's which isn't that far away.

Used to frequent this establishment 2 to 4 times a month. Came in tonight for dinner with my wife and son as my daughter had a birthday party. Was expecting a nice dinner out to treat my boy. We were way wrong!! Ordered an 18 inch pie, a lemonade for our boy, a pitcher of beer, and spaghetti and sausage for the boy. The girl at the counter was polite when taking our order. But we waited 30 minutes to recieve our beverages. 10 minutes later, we recieved our boys pasta after hearing the owner, Mary I think her name is say "we need to send this out before it gets to cold." Sure enough, pasta is ice cold. When I asked if we can have it warmed she said no because they don't have a microwave. That's fine but she then told me she could put it in the oven to warm it up, but it would get crispy and gross. Baffled, I asked if we could then just have it re maid. She was very rude when we asked this. 15 minutes later hot pasta for the boy. At this point, still no pizza. The owner apologized at this point saying that they only have one oven and that every time they open the oven it stops the pizzas from cooking as fast. I explained to her that I manage a restaurant and that we understood. I havnt even questioned where our food was but the excuses came flying out regardless. 20 minutes later, still no pizza. Since our time in the place, we had only seen 4 orders for takeout come out. There were 5 people waiting, one family had just placed an order for dine in, and one entered saying their pizza was still doughy. I went to the counter to ask how long and the owner asked her brother Sam and he lost it. Started cussing about me asking for our food that we've waited over hour for. Being that I work in the food industry I understand that things happen, you get busy, but over an hour for pizza is absurd. And to start cussing and yelling when all I did was ask for a timeframe as we are hungry and have other plans, is rediculous. I asked for a refund and was given nothing but rudeness. We will not be back. It's a shame as we really liked the food, unfortunately the owners seem to not care about guest satisfaction nor are they capable of handling business on a Friday night. 3 other parties as we were leaving decided to leave as well as Sam, the owners brother, was heard cussing that this was the last pizza he was making. What a shame..

This establishment is horribly operated and it shows in their service and food. My mother ordered 2 basic calzones and was told it would be almost 40$ I called back thinking there was an error in the order and the individual who helped me was very polite and didn't understand the price discrepancy either. He canceled the original order and placed the new one for the two calzones at just over 20$. We went to pick up the order and the establishment smelled overwhelmingly burnt to the point where I couldn't stay inside for very long, we didn't have any issues picking up the order but on our drive home my mother received a call from the establishment stating her order was ready and after telling them the issue and that order was cancelled was met with hostility. We received a second call after hanging up this time from the owner and when I attempted to tell him what happened he refused to let me speak and instead repeatedly called me a liar and a sneak for refusing to pay for a second order where I was clearly being gouged. Spend your money elsewhere, it's not worth the hassle just to get sub par food at best.

Another lunch spot close to my work that I was able to try out today. The marinara sauce that comes out of this place is hands down some of the best Italian Denver has to offer. Small place in Arvada but well worth the visit if you ever get a chance!!!
