Best service and price around!!!

My husbands work shirt came back with a permanent laundry ink stain.   Brought the shirt back and they won't take responsibility for damaging the shirt.   Unable to wear the shirt to work it is ruined.   Not even willing to take the dry cleaning charge off.  Frustrating when you have to pay for the cleaners to ruin your shirt. 😡  We use dry cleaning weekly, won't be back.

I usually don't complain and have a lot of patience with businesses.   However,  this cleaner was especially difficult to deal with and provided no resolution.   I took 5 shirts to be laundered and pressed.   Out of 5 shirts,  they broke 19 buttons.   I give them credit,  they replaced most the buttons.  However....on one shirt,  none of the buttons matched.   On another shirt,  they sewed the buttons on with only four stitches.   Needless to say,  all the buttons promptly fell off or became very loose.  I took the shirts back to have the buttons fixed.  When I returned,  no buttons were fixed.  Instead they charged me to clean them again. I ended up sewing all the buttons myself.   I won't be going here again.   Switched to Tide down the road.   Cheaper and better service.  Not a broken button in sight.
