Very expensive! With insurance. Overall they provide good and decent customer service often. The orthodontic they have is really good. Dentist and hygienist are good too. However they need to work on their front office/ admin team. Some provide customer service with great care and others don't. I give 3 stars because of their prices and their not consistent good customer service.

Horrible experience, started out great and after 1.5 hours waiting to get my teeth clean my teeth were polished so fast, all of the polish was spraying all over my face, the floss was being jammed in my gums. I asked if I was going to be seen by the hygienist, I was told it would be 10 more minutes that they needed to check what could be billed through my insurance. It's was supposed to be a regular 6 month check up, I don't think they liked that they were only going bill a regular cleansing. At the end when I said I needed to reschedule they made me sign a patient responsibilty form. When I questioned it, that I hadn't received a cleaning the rude receptionist told me that polishing was a cleaning. This place is a scam do not go there. I will be calling my insurance ASAP.

Time management needs help, they provide good service but they seem to always run at least 30 past they expected time. Not good for people with schedules. Ortho is great, dentists must be getting over booked.

I had a crown work done and my son had also work done, They gave the "estimate " and I told them I wanted to make sure I didn't want to pay more than what my insurance was going to pay and my share. They assured me that I wasn't going to pay more than the estimate. Guess what?!!! After two weeks of all work had been done, I got a huge bill!!! And I paid about 2,000 dollars and my insurance paid a whole bunch as well!! I should have paid attention to the other reviews!! This dental group is a SCAM! Be warned!! They will SCAM you!!! And if you call them to have them explain the reasons for the extra fees, they will not return your calls!! A bunch of crooks!!

They cheat you out of money you don't have, by using brand name products instead of the products your insurance pays. They tried to do this to me when I needed a crown, which my insurance covers. Since I found out, I filed a grievance through my insurance, because I don't know if they did the same with another procedure I had and am currently being worked on, but have already payed. Always make sure you check with your insurance if they cover a procedure before agreeing to the work. I even asked, and they said the insurance didn't cover it. Everyone was nice and helpful, but once this problem arose, no call backs or answers. I was told by my insurance that the people who work their, know very well what they are doing, because the dentists tell them what to do. Now I will have to look for another dentist and hope to get my money back on what I paid for, but have yet to have the work completed.
