Hello, 

I'm VERY disappointed with this order.... This was for my mother's special birthday and wanted to surprise her at work. I took valuable time to carefully look through and read in detail all the arrangements Village Flower Shop had available, went as far as asking input from friends and family before making my selection. 

SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER ELSEWHERE!!!

I ordered the following - Teleflora's Sheer Delight Bouquet - Standard - instead, my mother received something completely different! I could have gone to a local grocery store and purchased an arrangement for $29.99 or less that looked better than what was delivered, seriously Village Flower Shop, this is unacceptable! 

Before checking out, there is a disclaimer which states some flowers may not be in season and may have to be substituted for a different kind, no problem! I am MORE than understanding and don't have a problem with it, but a completely different arrangement from what was ordered? Really? I will NEVER use this florist again and I will make sure to let my family and friends know about this experience. 

Sure, it was delivered on time, but that's standard, considering I placed the order a day before.

Village Flower Shoppe is the best flower shop.  Rita is the best designer I have the privilege to work with and work for. The designs whether contemporary or traditional, is always very tasteful and more importantly the flowers are fresh!  I know first hand how particular she is with her flowers.  The quality is superb and it is evident that so much care goes into all the flower arrangements.  The service is impeccable, even if it is a last minute order.  If I placed an order ahead of time, Rita always get the flowers that are the best pick of the season.  It is obvious that so much care goes into her business.
