Ordering special sympathy flowers online or long distance is a) expensive and b) scary if you are wanting the most gorgeous of flowers arranged to your specification.  Well, Village Flowers in Lodi went out of their way to really listen and take extra steps and even put in premium touches on an arrangement that I cared so deeply that it was perfect.  The final was even better than I had imagined.  Jennifer was fun to work with as well!

I ordered a Funeral spray and casket piece for a friend of mine this is what I received, very beautiful, Large and well put together. I would rate this place a 10 star. Very respectable people and always going over the top each time I order. I expect to pay more for beautiful arrangements but these guys go above and beyond what is expected. Who ever down grades this company should be ashamed of them self's, and have NO Class for them self's nor their respect for small business. Nobody is perfect but I guess if your one of those people who like to complain you have no CLASS for your self. I would like everyone to know that this business is the BEST in town. If your looking for fast service and long lasting flowers all use this Florist VILLAGE FLOWERS.

I ordered a standing spray for my late family members funeral the other day and it was perfect. came on time for the visitation and lasted two whole days until the actual funeral. It was full of flowers with no holes.  compared to the other flowers there from a few other different flower shops in lodi, the one I ordered from village flowers was 100% better out of them all we agreed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for funeral flowers or just any thing floral in general. Thanks Guys.

I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday. The flowers were delivered too early, and despite evidence to the contrary, they denied it. The flowers were required to be returned in order to receive refund, do to their mistake. When the flowers were returned, which is crazy to me, the two people working then threatened my mom with getting her fired from her job, and the man came from behind the counter and got in her face. She's 5 feet tall. His behavior became so aggressive, she feared for her safety, and the police were called. I am in complete shock that a business that behaves this way would treat their customers this way. Especially return customers. I have used their company multiple times, and would never expect this kind of treatment. Do not use this business!
