Poor customer service. Associates are not trained properly, but at the least any job should stress their employees to greet customers.  Difficult to receive any type of assistance. The manager Javier does not set the example for his employees, he is lazy and does not exemplify high, or any standards of ethical business conduct.

I love kohls, I walked in went straight to the Vera Wang  purses the first one I saw was what I wanted. In and out of the store in less then 10 minutes and the purse was 40% off and I got an additional 30% off happy dance for me....

The selection of clothing is so so and the cleanliness of the store is ok. Truly disappointed.

Customer service is horrible!! Checking out of that store takes forever and the staff isn't very helpful or friendly.
