Find another apartment to live in! This place is a scam in many ways. We lived there for a year and had so many problems. 
Our apt flooded several times to the point that they moved us into another apartment when I was 8 months pregnant. Might I add we went from the bottom unit to the 3rd floor. The movers told us they are constantly at the complex moving people out because of flooding. I found that very interesting b/c Mike, the property manager, seems surprised when I told him our apt had flooded. Come to find out, they purposely put new tenants in the bottom units knowing very well that they have mold and flood all the time. 

Every week or 2 there would be a notice on our door stating that someone from the apt complete might be coming in for inspection. Our privacy didn't exist while living here.

In the winter, there were a few times that we had no heat or hot water b/c they were working on issues. Their way around it was to tell us we could come to the clubhouse to shower and use hot water. Yeah b/c that's real convenient!

MOLD! You could literally see mold around all the windows AND bubbles in the walls.

If you have units above you, you can hear them walking all the time.

When we moved from the flooded apt in the back of the complex to a unit at the front of the complex, parking became a nightmare!!! We would have to park far and walk in the dark which I hated when I was all by myself.

Several tenants smoke in their apts even though it's prohibited. 

I lived in apartments for many years and this one by FAR is the worst I've ever experienced!!

This is the worst place to live maintenance/service wise. Nobody returns phone calls. We have been promised multiple things and they have not delivered. They put us In the wrong storage unit and when they realized their mistake, they took it upon themselves to cut our lock and remove out belongings from the unit.  They did not call to notify us until AFTER the fact. Then, when we complained, they said we could have the unit back! WTF?!  Also, we have been without a washer and dryer for days. We have left multiple messages and have not had a call back. Not to mention, they were supposed to add a new washer and dryer to our unit when we moved in about 6 months ago.
