I️ have lived here for over 2 years it was a great place until the new manager Jason arrived  it been nothing but   How can I️ put this.  He makes it know HE’S. The boss. Be careful. There is a reason 55 homes are for sale

Been here 12 years and a great place to live. I would give it 5 stars the only drawback is every year they go up at least three the four percent on lot rent rent. If they had a system honor the people that stay here more than 5 10 15 years with a reasonable discount that would help people to stay here more. Like 3% after 5 years and maybe after 10 years 2% and 1% after 15 years. With the three to 4% every year you live here that starts to add up after 10 years. Oh well that's just my opinion.

Wonderful new home here!!  Friendly neighbors, friendly management.  Only down side is lawn maintenance!  They need to mow more often, and the brush pile is over  looked by the daily brush guy at our home.  off to management office to inquire how to resolve this only issue.
