We have occupied our home since 2009. Since new ownership a few years ago and change of who does "maintenance in the park" now, down to the park turning into a trashy, lazy and unreliable management or office help, H.O.A. meetings go NO WHERE, the trees branches/ logs! Fall from the oak tree's where people walk and live and can KILL someone- yet nothing gets done! And if you make a complaint, you're looked at like you're stupid! THIS PLACE HAS GOTTEN RIDICULOUS AND WE WANT TO MOVE DESPERATELY! WHO ARE THE REAL OWNER'S?? BECAUSE THEY NEED TO BE CONTACTED!  PLEASE POST ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBERS IF ANYONE KNOWS THIS!?😡 thank you

I have lived in woodlawn manor since 2002. The park has went steadily down hill and the rent has sky rocketed. This place has gotten right down trashy. Since the lawsuit, no one has the balls to enforce the regulations that is for the benefit of all. There,s dog crap everywhere you walk. Over half of the trailers are right down trashy and everyone in management is scared to death of another lawsuit.
They had better clean this place up or i'm going to instigate another lawsuit.
