I couldn’t be happier with my home that I purchased through Village Homes.  The entire process was straight-forward, easy and very individualized to my needs.  Having the ability to work with the Village Homes staff to customize my floor plan was very important to me.  The layout of my home is exactly how I had pictured, and it is so practical for the lifestyle of my family.  All of the staff I encountered were very professional and knowledgable with the entire financial, design, and building process.   I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a stress-free path towards an amazing and high quality home.

My husband and I purchased our home from Village Homes after visiting literally every place within sixty miles of us. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful-no matter how many times I bugged them. They walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Katherine, Jason, and Greg are exceptional people and I will forever be grateful to them for helping us. Our home is beautiful and I can think of nothing I would have changed about our experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for more than your typical home buying experience.

Amazing experience from the beginning.We didn't feel pressured to buy anything, they gave us the information we needed to know, and we were able to make our decision at our leisure. they were very friendly, and professional, and helped us through the entire process. I would recommend Village homes to my closest friends and relatives. Thank you Village homes for our beautiful new home!

In January, 2016 my wife Mary and I began our journey for a new home by meeting with Jason at the Village Homes office. We toured the demo homes they had on site and started the process. Jason helped us from recommending a bank to helping us select colors for the kitchen and bathroom counter tops. 

Our home arrived in late May and was set in Early June (an incredible site to watch). In late July we did our walk through with Gregg who helped above and beyond the scope of his job. We moved in before August and have been living the dream of life in a new home since. 

All of our experience dealing with the folks at Village Homes has been exceptional. From day one they welcomed us in unlike their competitors across the river at Fecteau who would not give us the time of day. We would be glad to recommend Village Homes to anyone who is looking to replace their existing home or get their first home. They will go the distance to make sure your dreams come true.
