The establishment itself may appear clean.  However, once inside you will notice everyone is dirty.

I make a call to find out why the cost of a permit was to high and the BUILDING OFFICIAL did not like it BECAUSE HE NOTICE MY POOR ENGLISH and add $ 100.00 to the permit in the phone.

Abuse of power, of course the Home Owner can't not do anything
