My mail box has been broken into multiple times over the last few months. Books, medications, bills, bank statements have been taken. I have tried to report this to the police twice. Today, I called this police station trying again to get an official report taken concerning these thefts. After being told that I needed to report it to the postal police, (which I already knew to do) I was told that I was being transferred to someone who could help me. Then I was disconnected. I called back and got the same run around by a different person who again, after telling me he would transfer me to someone who would help, I was again disconnected. What good does it do to have a police force who cannot or will not respond to reports of crimes being committed.

The worst place that I've ever visit where service should be on top. They don't care about your needs. They just do whatever they like to do. They are playing each other but if you ask something they give you red eye like a third world country's police. They don't even respect the person who is standing in front of the counter for a while. I hope the higher authority will notice that and take some steps to resolved that way of services that they are providing.

TERRIBLE!! I don’t feel safe with these cops! My husband and I, along with our 2 babies were being followed in the evening in a Publix parking lot by 3 men on foot, as well as inside Publix. So we called the cops while we were inside. Let me first start off by saying that the phone rang for well over 2 minutes before someone answered...how do you call 911 and have to wait over 2 minutes for someone to answer? Are you kidding me?? Then we were told a police officer was on the way. 1 HOUR later, we called 911 AGAIN and there it went ringing 2 minutes again. We hung up and decided to speak with the armed security guard inside Publix. He was nice enough to walk us to our car and when we walked out of Publix, there were about 10 cops at the end of the parking lot just hanging outside of there cars talking and laughing. No one called us like the operator said they would and no one showed up. How are we supposed to trust these people that are supposed to make us feel safe? We were the perfect target for those individuals following us as we were going to take long putting our babies in the car. Now I see why some people just take matters into their own hands! Shame on the Cutler Bay Police!

I have been in Florida since June. I have to have my car's VIN checked, I have called these people 6 times, and every time there is no answer and I have left a message every time and they would not call me back so I can have my vin checked. You might ask me why I don't go there. The person on the phone told me it is the same if the person is not in his office. I am willing to go there... They should close this station.
