Don't waste your time and hard earned money. If you want your car serviced right and with care take your money to someone who can get the job done right the first time without damaging your car. My SUV was serviced for water pump and thermostat replacement. I paid cash( 800.00) , no problem! A Week later my car ran hot on the Highway because while repairing my thermostat the people here did not attach the clamps from the hoses properly which caused my car to run hot and possibly cause radiator damage. I contacted Vin the owner he had my SUv towed back to his shop. After diagnosing the issue VIn did not even contact just me once he had my car towed. They went ahead and replaced the clamp and tightened the hose. VIN said it wasn't their fault and Replaced a 2.00 dollar clamp and charged me for the tow for checking his mistake which was his responsibility in the first place. All in all, This could have been avoided with proper care to my SUV the first time! 100.00 for the tow- $2.00 for the clamp and 40 for coolant= 142.00 Lesson Learned!

Even though I live in Atlanta, I am happy to make the drive to Marietta just to get my oil changed here. Vin is always very polite, honest, and efficient. I wouldn't dare take my car to anyone else!

Ahh..Where to start.. My driver side windows of Honda civic 2005 was not rolling and i had to take it to his shop to fix on emergency basis because my regular mechanic does not open in weekend and i see average review on yelp.. I was glad that he took me in to fix the window but that was the only good part about it.He fixed my one window and charged me $200 and said it is ready. so now i told him to fix another one (Dont know why he did not fix it in first attempt) well he said it will be another 200 and i said its OK.. please fix it. he tried to fix it .. change the regulator (which i think was not bad) but window still wouldn't roll. Now he told me that master switch might be bad and it will be another 150.. i still said its OK..please fix it. he took another 3 hrs and window not fixed yet.. I had to leave at this point as i was travelling.I said i come on Tuesdays and i will pay you for other window on Tuesday but he insisted and ask me to pay 200 and then he can fix the window on Tuesday. There was some heated chat at one point he told me that your car is so old and is gone anyway. How could he told a customer that your car is bad. I told him that i never had any issue with the car.. Well i drove (at this point i paid 400 bucks and rear window still not rolling). In between i saw my auto lock stopped working but i said i come back on Tuesday. Now Tuesday: I got there in morning and he ask me to rent a car but i had to go to work so i said give me a car here. So he gave me a old car to drive to my work.. I was hopeful at that point that my car will be fixed in evening.I told him to call me whatever he finds out.. He never called me and when i called by 5 pm he told me that it is not fixed and i get there and then we talk... Now he calls me at 5:30 that he need his car which he gave me to be there by 6. I had to leave my work and drive. I reached there and he said all is bad and i need to pay 570 bucks to get it fixed(rear window and auto lock). I never told him to fix auto lock. at this point he has opened all four door panels and car is not fixed yet. He told me he will give 200 discount and so if i pay 370 then it is all fixed. I said i cant spend this much money and you put my car together but he said he can not today.. I am so frustrated but i still said give me another car and i come back in lunch time tomorrow to get the car back after i spend another 45 bucks for a switch and rear window will be fixed after that. The car which he gave me was so dirty and bad that it did not had speedometer working. Now Wednesday; I called him in Lunch and he said we can talk again and he will give me some discount on parts.. i was furious.. i drove back to him shop and said i dont want anything fixed. he put my car together and i drove my car back(not yet fixed). he said he will fix the car on Saturday. now Saturday; i drove.. he tried to fix and can not fix yet.. he gave me $200 back for rear window and while trying to fix it they did not put the window panel together. When i reached home i saw that one bolt is loosened and my car make noise all the time when i open the door and when i am driving on highway.. well i had no patience to go back to his shop and ask him to fix it.. It was very bad experience. I see he was trying to milk the money out of me by doing things which i did not ask him to do.. I waited on his shop for 3 or 4 hrs and he has no water, no coffee.. when one customer ask he said you buy from shop, and he will pay for his coffee.. Dont waste your time by going there and get your car messed up. he will charge good money and still wouldn't fix and will do shady work and also he will give your car to another customer to drive. Also when he ask me to rent a car he told me not to buy insurance,

I went here to get my timing belt changed for my Honda Accord and left a happy customer. If you don't want to go to the stealership, this is the place to go for quality work at a competitive rate. Pros (+) Competitive Rates - I did a ton of research to get my Honda serviced and his rates were the best in metro ATL. (+) Accurate Quotes - You know when you call places and their quotes seem like guess work? Well not here, he gives you the complete breakdown of part and labor costs upfront. (+) Quality Service - They do it right the first time. And for whatever reason they don't? They'll right the wrong (at least that is what he says). (+) Honest - He didn't try to upsell me any bogus maintenance. He's honest with whats wrong with your car and with his recommendations. He also gave me all the old parts that were replaced to show me their actual condition. (+) Hours - Open 7 days a week which is great if you have a difficult weekday schedule. Cons (-) Quicker Communication - He could be quicker with email responses. As always, call around and ask for quotes - but if your experience is anything like mine, you'll be happy you chose Vin.
