I had an excellent experience here and definitely recommend. Great Service!

Honesty and Integrity are necessary in the auto repair business, and that is exactly what I found at Mr. Transmission. When my transmission went out they inspected it, showed me the worn parts and repaired it quickly. They also checked my brakes for me and let me know they were okay and didn’t need to be replaced at that time. It has run great since being repaired and when I returned 1 year later for the recommended check up, they remembered who I was, where I worked and welcomed me back! They inspected the trans at no cost and at my request, checked the brakes again, and replaced the front brake pads while I waited

My experience @ Mr.Transmission @ Cobb Pkwy in Marietta was remarkable! They walked me through every detail of my car repair. Josh and Alan were fantastic!  They were very knowledgeable and very patient to answer all of my questions. I would not hesitate to have my car repaired here again in the future.

A couple weeks ago, the transmission went out in my work Tahoe. I was stranded in the middle of "No Where" Georgia on Interstate 20. My options were limited as to whom I could choose to fix my transmission. After a very bad experience with another transmission shop, I took my Tahoe to Mr. Transmission of Marietta to get it fixed right. I spoke with Josh and Allen, who were both very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They got my truck in and out; and treated me right!  I would highly recommend them for any and all your transmission needs!  They have certainly earned my repeat business for all my work and personal vehicles.

If I could give this place less than one star I would! They have had my suv for over 3 months now! They gave it to me 1 month ago just long enough for me and my new born to break down 8 miles from their, in the middle of a red light!  No one seems to be able to communicate with anyone here! For the past 3 months i have been told it should be done by the end of the week....3 months later I am still waiting!

Its now been 5 months and more and more money later and I still do not have my car running! I even sent for a tow truck today to take it to a different mechanic (they where aware of it in a day in advance ) they would not let the tow truck get my car. Stating it would take to long to move the ither cars to get it out!

My transmission was replaced at the location in Huntsville Alabama. I told the man it was not shifting correctly. Well he blew me off and said it was fine that he drove it himself. It's not fine. Well the warranty should be good at all chain stores. It's not !!!  I took it to the one in Marietta and got the news that they can't do anything about it. Now I'll have to purchase another transmission at the wonderful cost of $3500.00.
