The park is very nice, we got there late and were greeted by a host. The price was very expensive, but they did do something that set them apart by providing air for big rigs at no charge. I would recommend highly if quite and safe are high on your list.

Was there for a 1 night stopover, an older park, but super convenient to stores and anything else you need

Very nice! Quiet and beautiful, very clean! They pick up your garbage every morning and the showers were spotless! Wonderful place and great price.

I agree, it is a decent park but not worth the money. They raise the price every 6 months by 50$ it is up to 975$ A Month! Unfortunately there isn't anywhere else to go in the area(that doesnt have gun fire at night) so they know they can get away with it. (The park next to it is nice but packed and super cramped) They are not consistent with enforcing their regulations. About half of the tenants have their black sewage hoses on the ground(which smells horrible in the heat). Cars parked everywhere (also not within the rules) and appear to be biased towards some tenants(allow things that the rules say are not authorized). Stray cats everywhere (which i understand is hard to control) but for close to $1,000 a month they should have animal control there. There is trash blowing around where they are doing construction and the grounds are not well kept. The washers for laundry suck and are archaic. They do not spin enough to get the water out of the laundry. (Again $1,000 a month) The in ground sprinklers they have drill the RV's like a fire hose at night. Other than that it is a nice park, and the office staff is sincere and very helpful.

A great RV park, but not worth the money IMO. We paid an average of $600/mo all across the country at some of the best resorts. Here we were paying nearly $1,000+ and had to pay for additional things like internet (which they only give you 1 key per computer and charge for each additional key)
