Our toilet was overflowing and no amount of plunging was working. It affected 3 of our 4 toilets. I was desperate and was calling multiple local plumbers with no luck. I left a message with all of them and he was the only one who returned my call within several minutes. He promised me he would be by before 7 PM and he arrived at 6:30. He figured out where the problem was (blocked sewer pipe in the basement). He removed the cap and emptied it of all the crud. Never complained and literally no mess. He was friendly and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!

Unprofessional. I should have known better when he answered his phone with 'hello' instead of a business name. vinny agreed to come over for a two hour project, so I took that day off from work. He never showed and never picked up or returned my follow up calls. Thanks for wasting my time, guy.
