Dr. Jim and his staff are the best! You can tell they always have the best interests of your pet in mind. They explain everything in detail so you know what's going on. Also, it's a very clean environment!

We've been customers of VHVH since they opened their office on 84th. Dr. Jim has taken our family of dogs through puppyhood, middle age, death, and when it was necessary, euthanasia. He is a compassionate, down to earth man and has assembled a staff that is, well, outstanding. Read the bio of each staff member on their website. They are all passionate about animals and love their work and you can sense that when you walk into the office. This summer we used their boarding, daycare, and training services. Erika, the trainer is wonderful. She worked with me to figure out what behaviors were important to us, set up a schedule, and gave me regular feedback. I've found that daycare combined with training three days a week is perfect for us. And best of all we are getting good results! Our puppy, Maggie, can hardly wait to get in the door, greet the reception staff, and trot on back to school! Our family has lived in 3 different states, 7 different cities and been with at least as many veterinary offices and this one is the best hands down.

Recently switch from my old vet office to Vintage Heights. Today was the first appointment for my 2 cats. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The office is very clean, warm and inviting, and Vinnie the office cat greeted us. We saw Dr. Jeff, he is was wonderful with my 2 cats. Thank you Dr. Jeff and staff.

James Himmelberg saved my dog Jasmine when another vet had treating for ear infection and it was a actually a small surgery and she is the happiest healthy girl 9 years later. I have 2 more and trust him and his staff with my kidz life. He won't over medicate or do unnecessary services. They are the best I have found and I drive across town for peace of mind.

Dr. Jim and his staff went above the call of duty to treat my farm cat's dislocated hip. After a reaction to the stitches, my cat had to essentially have a second surgery which was done at no charge to me. One of the vet techs did a "house call" to give him medicine when we were out of town. And even before this experience, we have been so pleased with the service we get. Dr. Jim is practical. He will tell you the cost of certain treatments and let you decide what is appropriate and necessary for your animal and your budget. Our animals love their visits to Vintage Heights.
