Viognier Restaurant (pronounced vee-oh-NYAY) is named for the grape varietal originating from the Northern Rhône region of France.
Executive Chef Chris Aquino blends classic French techniques with California’s bounty of fresh food. He believes it is part of the ethical duty of a chef to support local farmers and uses seasonal, local, organic and sustainable products whenever possible.
Our menu is complemented by a world-class wine selection. Our selection of over 1700 bottles encompassing California, domestic and European wines has been honored with the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence from 2002 to 2009.
