It was Mother's Day- I expected the order to be delayed, no problem. I placed the order online for delivery and was told it would be here in about 35 minutes. After 75 minutes (yes I actually waited that long because I always give restaurants the benefit of the doubt) they called me and told me that they are busy and that our order would not arrive for ANOTHER 60 minutes. They asked if I want to cancel- I said yes. They apologized. Since I ordered through "Eat Street," the order had to be cancelled with them. The restaurant actually made ME call eat street to cancel the order! I'm probably the most understanding person when it comes to the food industry, but this was ridiculous. What a terrible Mother's Day experience. They didn't so much as offer me a discount on a future order or anything of the sort. I see many positive reviews here; if we ever got to try the food maybe we'd agree. This experience was incredibly stressful and I will absolutely NEVER try to give them my money and I will tell everyone I know not to go here.

The food is decent and the service is terrible. I saw them kick a family out because they finished eating and they wanted the table empty. I have never seen that. My daughter ordered food and the fried rice had an unusual flavor almost like it was burnt. We asked the waitress what happen and we want another plate she refused and said it was our decision to pick that dish. She was rude. We will never come here again after the years of going here before. They do not take care of you if something goes wrong. Stay away or go and hope everything goes well.

I eat here with my family every time we come to seven bridges. But today was a very experience, in which I don’t think I’ll every come back. There is a Chinese man with a bald head with a very bad attitude. First, when I order my food which is a spicy basil fried rice with an order of egg rolls, the server didn’t make me feel welcome, nor did he look at me once. He was rushing me as if the place was crowded, but I still order because I like the establishment. The man come back to my table with my order which is totally wrong. Which was spicy basil chicken with rice. I told him that it was wrong, but he insisted I asked for a spicy basil chicken with rice. In which he gets an attitude and said “Let us be clear... Next time we need to have a better understanding”, then walked away... I think I will find me another Thai spot...

Perhaps we would have gotten better service had we gone in but we ordered for delivery through their website. 7 minutes post delivery time, I called and was told that the food was on the way. Twenty minutes later, I called again and was told that there had been a delay due to rain but that the driver was on the way and would be here soon. More than 10 minutes later, the driver shows up with luke warm food and and an incomplete order. We were only offered a refund on the missing item. I'm BEYOND unhappy with the service and the customer service. Unfortunately, I will not return when I'm back in the area because the food wasn't awful and would have been delicious had it been hot, I'm sure.

Love Love Love VIP thai cuisine. I would highly recommend. All of their meals are very yummy and fresh.
