The folks here, whether I needed a flat tire replaced, and oil change, or help with a windshield wiper, have been totally fabulous with their help. Many small issues have been taken care of free of charge, and the staff have been great about helping me find the cheapest, safe option. I completely trust these guys, and that's saying a lot!

Wow... had two front tires replaced 10 days ago, also new tire sensors replaced. Here's the problem: my wife complained of a thumping noise when decelerating coming from front drivers side. I took it for a drive and yeah, very loud. Checked front wheels....both wheels had finger tight lug nuts! You have got to be kidding! Tightened lug nuts and thumping noise gone.... never, never again. I am beyond pi$$ed. She had just driven some distance with my son and 5 friends of his.

I always come here for reliable and quality service. Even though this is a busy location, They always seem to fit me into their busy service schedule. VIP Service center on stillwater in Bangor is top notch. I wouldn't bring my vehicle any where else. -Alex
