They were sincere, attentive to my concern.  Very friendly and made me feel safe for my sweet dog.  The care was gentle and my darling dog had no fear.  She was comfortable right away and so were we!  We had to board her for two nights............She was well cared for, they washed her blanket and gave her a bath, she was clean and we were very happy about all the care!

I moved to northern Nevada 7 years ago and during that time never could find a veterinarian as competent as The Steyees. I would drive to Mesquite to get quality care from Virgin Valley Veterinarians. Easier to live here and know that quality care is nearby.  I trust Dr. Tammy and Jim implicitly. A one time visit with them would solve my pets problems. I highly value and respect Dr.s Tammy and Jim's capabilities. We have the best veterinarians in Mesquite.  This beats northern Nevada repeat visits to veterinarians and no solutions to the problem. I would be so frustrated and this will no longer happen at Virgin Valley Veterinarian services. One time visit solves the problem at Virgin Valley Veterinary Hospital. The staff is a delight and the best. Everyone is always happy and competent.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.  My pet's health concerns are explained to in me depth in a caring and helpful manner.  When my dog was very ill, they called and checked up on him.  When he has had serious episodes, they have always fit us in so he can be seen and his problems addressed.  I give them full credit for giving me more time with my beloved friend.

All the employees were nice but I would have liked  the doctor to talk to me after the surgery & also when I had my dog's bandage change. The front office girls are very good good at running the office. Call them if you need good care for your animals..

Everyone at this facility from the front desk to the doctors have been kind, caring, professionals. They are fair and reasonable with fees. When sitting in the lobby with other animal owners, you hear each of them sharing with the other why their pets are there this day and which of the doctors or staff will be helping them. No matter the reason any one of us are there you get a sense of trust, respect and. Overall happiness towards the great staff and wonderful doctors, even each customer. Thank you so much!
