Very unhelpful with a poor attitude. I have moved from VA to WA during 2016. Called to ask for help
With property taxes. The person that answered at the treasurer's office was unhelpful and eventually rude as they attempted to give me the number to a nameless department within the same treasurers office to speak with "anyone that answers the phone" about the issues. What a joke. This person did not care that I had been overcharged and made it my problem when there was no one else to transfer me to to get rid of me.
