It should have zero stars.  I have been on hold five times today.  Twice I gave up.  Twice I was tranferred and they dropped the call.  Once I was hung up on the second I finished asking my question.  Horrible service!!!!

Doesn't even deserve one star... If you call after 4pm no one will answer the phone and I think they close at 5. They also hang up on you... Horrible service! Terrible attitudes! If you ladies hate your job so much then find somewhere else to work.

I called and was IMMEDIATELY hung up on. I called back several times and every single time someone hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

I own a house in VA. Beach and called to authorize them to turn the water on for new tenant.  No one answered the call.
