I have had good experiences with the Virginia board of pharmacy. They are very helpful in answering questions, and they get back to me in a timely manner via email. In particular Beth has done an excellent job.
I submitted my documents for approval around the beginning to middle of November. I've called and spoken to someone that said that all of my documents are in order. Why he couldn't process my request over the phone, I don't know. I've sent emails. And I'm STILL waiting. I am aware that they are backlogged; but, this is ridiculous...esp for those of us who deal with chronic pain. We're looking for help and our requests are largely met with silence. This process is beyond frustrating and they don't seem to care.
Terrible Service Told different things over the phone by different people. Over 35 Days and ...NOTHING! No response No follow-up No "sorry for waiting" email Absolutely Nothing
Applied for my license November 6 told me it was gonna take 5 to 7 business days to receive or be informed. Already paid $50 application fee and called and left a voice message, Got a callback last week saying they had all my information and if they would try to get to it as soon as possible and still haven’t gotten anything accomplished
I submitted a license application 73 days ago and it is still pending for review. I've resent the email to the Board of Pharmacy multiple times, and have only gotten a generic "please wait 60 days" we are well past that, and the original submission actually stated 30 days. I've on my second phone call to the them with a 30 minute+ hold time last time I was on hold 2+hours and no one picked up. This is absolutely ridiculous!
Terrible response time, unable to follow up. Left multiple voicemails, multiple emails, sent in physical copies of required documentation. It has been over a 40 days with nothing.
Applied for va. Medical marijuana card on October 28, now middle of December and nothing. Nothing but lost time, money, and good will. I get better customer service from drug cartels.
Submitted application, payments, and documents beginning of Jan. It’s March and still hasn’t been processed. An absurdly long waiting time. They really need to get it together!
Absolute incompetence. Your third party company for your testing is a complete and utter failure. Welcome to a massive law suit.
They literally don’t care about their customers they don’t send out there mail I’ve left five emails I still haven’t heard back Ive left voicemails and still haven’t heard back either want my money back or I need to talk to management but I doubt I’ll get back from them too so what am I supposed to do now.
