I can’t say enough about Dr. Vargas and her staff, there’s really so many aspects of her practice that really put them well above other places that I have been. First and foremost, her work is impeccable. I had a significant amount of work done and she took the time to make certain that every little aspect of that work was done as well as it could be. I can’t express enough how happy I am with the way my teeth turned out. Aside from her work, for me the most impressive part of her practice was her staff and her interaction with them. I feel like a VIP every time that I go into her office and I genuinely appreciate how helpful they’ve been during each and every interaction that I’ve had with them. But Dr. Vargas’ patience with her staff and her easy style and demeanor are really what impressed me to the most. She’s instructive to her staff and she’s patient with them taking the time to show them exactly why she’s doing something the way that she’s doing it so that they understand how to provide better service to her patients. I can’t tell you how many time’s I’ve been to a doctor (not just dentist) who just berates their staff for one reason or another and it’s not something that’s ever sat well with me.

I've been dealing with VDG since 2015 I believe and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Dr.Vargas recently did veneers for me and though it's going to take some time to get used to them I do love them. The clinic is a ways from my house but I have been met with nothing but great service and will continue to go there for my dental needs.

Meant to do this review a year ago. Had my veneers done by Dr. Vargas. She was amazing! I flew from Atlanta to Virginia. I'm so I'm love with my new smile. The process took two days and she was incredibly accommodating, patient, and gentle (that's not to say some parts of the procedure weren't uncomfortable but no pain no gain, right?!). Her staff was very compromising with payment arrangements and all was very smooth. I will happily be going back to her. She's an excellent dentist.

Called to have an appointment rescheduled for my wife since she had dental work done a few months back. She has some problems going on with her teeth (They are loose). The receptionist Christina/Cristina/Kristina showed no empathy to try to help our situation trying to give us curveball dates and time. She said whatever the problem is the dentist will fix it (seriously?).I have been going here for almost 3 years and I will mostly have to find a new dentist due to poor customer service from the receptionist who made no effort in providing any assistance. This is an emergency and she did not seem to understand it.
