Doctor Sonia is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional in her field of dentistry. She is a caring and gentle person when treating her patients, and most importantly attentive to the patient needs and comfort. Sometimes she stops for a brief moment to give the patient time to regain composure.The staff is very accommodating and complements Doctor Sonia vision of her office.  She is truly a genuine and an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure her patients get the best dentistry she can offer.

I was a patient of Dr. Katz for over 15 years.  Since the office has turned over to new ownership / leadership, it has become a profit-making center, and I feel like a commodity as opposed to a cared-for patient.  Every six months, something is discovered for which I need treatment.  They even wanted to fill the same tooth twice in one year!  And I take excellent care of my teeth and oral health!   I am charged for everything, including the sharing of my x-rays with other medical professionals ($60.)  Once when I was caught in horrible DC traffic and was late to my appointment by 20 minutes (for which I called to make them aware -- and they could not reschedule me later that day), they wanted to charge me for the appointment. And the Office Manager was quite rude.  

The only reason I'm giving them two stars as opposed to one is Dr. Dilolli is pleasant enough.

Dr. Diloli has been great.  She took over the practice of a dentist we had been seeing for 25 years.  I was initially concerned about losing someone in whom we had put our trust.  Have to say she has been a great replacement.

I'd like to thank Dr. Dilolli , and her staff, for the exceptional service provided in helping me restore my upper teeth.  Throughout the process of having extractions, crowns , and a partial produced, the focus was always on quality.  For those looking for a new dentist , please consider this practice.
