Dedicated to celebrating and nurturing Virginia's quilting heritage. The Virginia Quilt Museum has three major exhibitions each year. Quilts from the permanent collection are displayed on a rotating basis, as space permits, during each exhibit.

I visit whenever I am in Harrisonburg! This is a gem. They have more than Gramma's quilts; very interesting and inspiring.

Great place to visit if you are interested in Quilts. They even have a modern quilts display. The small building looks deceptive, its really pretty big inside and there are lots of quilts.

The quilts on display are very good quality, some 100 years old, others more recent. They also have a very impressive needlework display.
