From the moment we called the night shift staff member who picked up our call we knew they would take great care of us. My father passed the Thursday right before Hurricane Irma and the funeral staff picked up my father that Friday morning before we made the official arrangements. The funeral director Cathy was empathetic and so organized, even with the hurricane on its way she was accommodating and focused on us. She kept us in the loop every step of the way from when we could have the arrangements based on the cemetery reopening, to ensuring we had a room large enough to accommodate our family and friends.  The day of the funeral everything was beautifully prepared and arranged. Can't thank them enough for their positive attitude, professional and ability to handle everything with all the post hurricane chaos.
