The do a pretty good job.  Whether you want a quick wash or a full detail.  I've read on yelp where people gave them bad reviews but I've always found that if you have a problem with something you can talk to the supervisor and they do what they can to make it right.  Most of the people on yelp that Gabe bad reviews didn't even try to talk to the supervisor.  They just left and complained about the service.

Beware while my vehicle was going through the car wash cycle it broke my driver side mirror. When I brought it to their attention, they informed me that they are not responsible for any damage to vehicles. Will NOT patronize this facility again. Spread the word and BEWARE.. wash here at your own risk! 😠😡👎

Unfortunately, the price of the car wash did not justify the service. We had to point things out to the attendant more than few times after we were flagged down to signal that the car was ready. For example, the interior was very poorly taking care of, if at all . The rims still had road grime, it didn't even look like he opened the doors to do the inside. For $22 I would expect at least the air freshener, as was listed on the price board, but it was not included. At that point  we just left without mentioning  it  because  it had become frustrating. We should have known when we drove up and the  person taking our order ignored us to talk to one of the other workers and then decide to come back to us after the conversation was over. As busy as a place was we assumed it was popular enough to merit good service but unfortunately that was not the case. I don't think I will be returning, much less giving a recommendation.

This place is nice, I sometimes go to a self service in IB when I want to spend  $5 on a wash but when I want a detailed job I come here. They are usually pretty friendly and for the amount of cars here they're pretty quick. They've raised the prices $4 since I've been coming here but I feel it's worth it for the quality of work they do. The only negative thing I see here is how tightly they pack the cars in , if the person in front of you hasn't moved their car by the time yours is done you're stuck until someone moves.. if they'd park the cars a little further apart this place would get 5 stars from me.

Vista Palms is the place where I choose to get my car done on a weekly basis. Totally satisfied with the results.
