I saw this restaurant featured on Channel 7 news last year & wanted to go there badly however, I never got around to it until recently. I am from Jamaica born & raised. I KNOW CARIBBEAN food. The fact that they are claiming to serve Caribbean food saddens me.  My friend that I went with said she wouldn't even give her left overs to a homeless person because they deserve better than what was served there. It was AWFUL!

Servers were very friendly.  Definitely a family vibe and great music and some very good vegetarian food choices. I personally had ginger beer and a spicy portobello mushroom wrap with fried okra and they gave me some complementary black eyed pea hummus with plantain chips all of the food had great flavor and was very filling!!

Vital is one of those special places that take the time to do it right. The Stuffed Avocado Salad is awesome, and I topped mine with a piece of salmon, which was perfectly cooked! Their juices are lively and delicious. The staff/owners are friendly and love to converse with their guests. And their food is fresh, original and healthy. My wife is a vegetarian and there is so much on the menu to choose from for her - she loves it to! I am so happy that this awesome place, run with eco- and health consciousness, is right across the street from my new home!

Irie authentic modern Caribbean atmosphere. Great music selection and the food is amazing too

Food was amazing. Mac and cheese was the bomb.  Service was great. Lights where turned up to 11.
