I had an estimator come out to look at installing a Window AC unit system for me. It's not the biggest job ever, I had never done one before and wanted to be honest, I wasn't certain I had the correct materials or understanding of my windows. William came out at the established time and right on the spot offered to give me a hand with the unit. With his help, we were able to get it mounted into the window to the point I could finish the job myself. For his hard work he insisted on zero payment. 

I called Vito Services back the same day and signed up for years maintenance on our HVAC/heating system due to the stellar help from their estimator, William.

Unbelievably expensive and unskilled servicemen. The Technician thought he could replace a natural gas valve on our water heater without draining the tank and estimated a half hour  to 45 min job. Ends up finding out he could not do so and it takes almost an hour to just drain the tank. Installs the new valve and finds out the pilot light just does not stay on and blames everything from the new valve, the thermocouple, the burner and ultimately the entire water heater. The total charge comes to $621.80. Draining the tank which I could have done for free was about $500.  
The technician leaves me with a broken heater. I do some research on the web and find out that the thermocouple was not sitting properly in the valve to provide proper contact, use a sliver of aluminium foil to make it sit tightly in the valve and light up the pilot. Voila problem solved! 

Saved the couple of thousand dollars I would have spent replacing the tank if had followed their recommendation!  The primary objective of these guys seems to be  up-selling their already expensive services.

My dad's home is in SF and his master bath faucet needed a leak fixed because the valve seats in his older Price Pfister single handle unit wore out.  My attempts at removing the cap for the ball stop were unsuccessful, so I found Fast Response after a Yelp search.  Glad to have contacted this business because Dennis has a great staff that are very responsive.  Left a voicemail late Saturday, got two return calls to discuss issue, and set up appointment for estimate and possible repair.  Dennis himself showed up at my dad's house and took care of the leak in less than 1 hour without having to do a major faucet replacement which is what I thought might have to happen.  And the total cost of $125 is well below what I expected - thanks Dennis!  You've earned repeat business from my dad.

Technician arrived promptly a performed work as requested.  He had the work done within about an hour.  Service call together with diagnostics was $165.00.  To change the low voltage fuse in the attic and replace thermostat on the fall which I provided (for labor only) -  another $230.00.  Total: $395.00.  I think this is what they charge now for this work.
