This florist was Amazing!  They were so kind and helpful during a time of need (funeral). I called from out of town 15mins after they closed on a Saturday and she was so sweet she helped me pick a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered on time to the wake Monday morning!  Will definitely use again. She went above and beyond what any other place would do and the arrangement was gorgeous!  Thank you!!

I've seen comments that this is the best flower shop in Bloomington, Illinois. I'm on the West Coast, and I would have to say that Viva La Flora is the best flower shop in the country. I placed a Valentine's Day order with another service that failed to deliver, and the owner of this shop saved the day. She patiently answered my inquiries and went out of her way to be helpful. She delivered my flowers herself on very short notice, on the busiest day of the year for flower shops, which is truly amazing service.

I have not ordered from this shop before, and I've never met the owner, but the person who received my flowers said the owner is a sweetheart, and based on my experience today, I have to agree! If you need flowers in Bloomington, this is the place to shop. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

We needed an arrangement for all of the nurses in our department to celebrate Nurses Week.  The poodle arrangement is so cute so I asked them to do a poodle in a nurse theme.  It turned out so very cute and much better that I could ever imagine.  Viva La Flora is the place to go for imaginative and creative floral designs you will not find anywhere else.  Thank you for your nice work- our nurses were delighted!

I went through Viva La Flora for my wedding flowers and they were absolutely stunning! I received so many compliments at my wedding about how beautiful the flowers were. The arrangements and bouquets were exactly what I wanted.  I even had small bouquet for my flower girl that matched the bridesmaids.  Janet was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful and gave me great ideas of what colors and flowers to use.  I absolutely loved my flowers!!!! I would highly recommend Viva La Flora to any bride. You will be very pleased with their customer service and the final outcome.

Outstanding customer service!!!    

I went in to the shop at noon on a Friday and asked about a delivery that same day.  I was told that they would try as they were busy setting up for a large, public event in another part of town.   I made my selection from the completed arrangements on display.  I received a message from my wife at 12:45 saying that the flowers were beautiful.  Not only did they deliver on the same day, it was within the hour.  And, on a day where they were busy to begin with.   I have used this shop many times over the last 2 or 3 years and they have never failed to impress me every single time.
