We purchased our engagement rings and wedding bands here and could not be happier!  Amanda was super helpful and patient throughout our process.  She does a great job communicating via email with any updates.  We always look forward to walking in the store and find ourselves smiling when we leave.  We felt very welcomed from the moment we met Amanda.  I would highly recommend this place for great customer service and I would even go as far as saying friendship. 

Fun story: After we purchased our wedding bands we told Amanda we were going to a restaurant to celebrate.  She asked what restaurant and we told her.  We arrive at the restaurant and the waitress tells us to make sure we save room for dessert because Von Bargen wants to buy it for us!

I first met Amanda at Von Bargen's several years ago when my husband and I were buying our wedding rings.  Amanda was so patient as I tried on what seemed like every ring in the store prior to settling on one.  Since then I have become a loyal customer and Amanda has helped my daughters on many occasions, one while buying a necklace and another while exploring her own options for engagement rings.  Everyone in the store is so pleasant and helpful. The store features so many wonderful original pieces to be treasured for a lifetime.

I'm very happy with the engagement ring and band we selected with the help of your staff. You never compromise on quality and that made all the difference for us. The whole process was a learning experience. The people were so friendly. The rings are beautiful, and the diamond is amazing! Thank you.

My wife and I cannot say enough about the quality of service at the Hanover store. Amanda was incredibly helpful to work with designing my wife's engagement ring as well as other pieces over the years. They always provide a comfortable, low pressure, and personalized experience and we really wouldn't think about going anywhere else.
