Just got engaged....my boyfriend (well, now Fiance') had never really shopped at a jewelry store. He said that he was so comfortable and did not feel intimidated at all. He said that the service was outstanding. When we went in together to get my ring sized, they remembered him and were so welcoming to both of us. They were genuine and exceeded our expectations. Definitely going there for our wedding rings! And by the way, my ring, wow.

I had been looking for the right engagement ring for at least a month when I heard Pearce Jewelers' advertisement on NHPR. I went in to look through their selection and maybe talk about creating my own design. Their selection was much nicer than the other stores I had been to, but still not perfect. I sat down with Melissa and by the time I left we had a great plan drawn up and they were already working to get me the perfect ring. I spent hours and hours at other stores where they just tried to sell me whatever I looked at first. In just 30 minutes at Pearce, I knew I had made the right decision by stopping in. We must have gone through four different final sketches and styles. We did CAD drawings, sketches, wax mock ups, spent hours looking for the right stones and finally decided we had found the perfect design. I was a picky customer and made them really work, and they still liked me by the end (I think). The final product was incredible and exactly what I wanted. You can really see the work they put into it, and they responded so well to all of my critiques and suggestions. They were able to create a ring that matched my girlfriend perfectly. This is a team of wonderful people, easy and pleasant to work with and highly skilled jewelers. You will get exactly what you are looking for, and have fun doing it! My girlfriend (well, now my fiancé) loved the final product and it worked. She said yes!
