My wife and I visited the Columbus store yesterday afternoon . She was in need of a new pair of comfortable, easy on and off shoes.  Fortunately we were greeted by a wonderful sales person(Casandra Ingram).  Miss Ingram was patient, very low key, but informative as different shoes were tried on. She  displayed compassion as my wife has Parkinson's Disease. I am the world's worst shopper, but this experience was extremely positive for both of us.

Selling a quality product is extremely important in business, but more important is employing quality people.  On this afternoon I give Von Maur an A+.  We bought the shoes!

I've been here many times and it's always a great place to shop..  They almost always have someone playing live piano.  They have just normal clothing as well as higher end items.  5/5 as it's always clean and bright inside.   Only thing I'd say I'd like better is the trashcan right by the door in the men's restroom.   I hate having to touch a door handle without a hand towel.

My review is pertained to the management of the store, I was shook to see one of the upper managements creating a onerous environment for the sales associate to do their jobs. While I was waiting in the queue, this lady supervisor rudely told one associate during taking care of a costumer that she can't take her days off because her sale goals are low. The sale associate looked young and it very well seemed that she had some type of an emergency that need to be taken care off. I really felt bad for her.
