Voya Financial (Minneapolis) is a network of diligent, dedicated individuals. I am sincerely thankful to have worked there before moving out of state. It is evident that they have a customer-centric approach and culture. I have seen employees pour in extra hours and take on numerous projects to deliver beyond client expectations to the point that clients have called in and written thank you letters! Additionally, they give back to the community through outstanding commitment to volunteering.

Cant get my money even tho im homeless, they say i need to quit my job or get fired. I wish i could just hold peoples money as long as i wanted. 401k stands for how much profit they make off a few hundred people

Voya Financial made my life miserable because of their complete and utter incompetence. A simple 401K rollover with withdrawal was mismanaged to the point of insanity. There was zero oversight from them on the transaction and nobody knew where it was at any given time. I would never trust them with my finances, they're behavior was completely unprofessional and incompetent. It's clear that customer service isn't important to them nor is accountability.
