I purchased a pair of composite-toe shoes from Vulcan's Boot Camp and within days realized I was in for a very painful break-in period. A week later, I returned to the on-site boot truck and there were no shoes available to exchange for. I drove to the store and was met by Stephanie. She very patiently let me try on several pairs and let me exchange the shoes. The new shoes solved the problem... no more pain. I want to say "thanks" to Vulcan's Boot Camp and let everyone know, if you're looking for a store that still believes in TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, VULCAN"S IS IT!

In and out quickly. Young female salesperson very helpful. Size 12 pull on steel toe boot, ok. Not insulated, ok. not very comfortable, try these orthotic insoles, ok. this is great, i'll take it.. it was that simple.
