Couldn't find any associate working the floor. There were 4 associates I witnessed scattered around the register and only 1 actually cashing out a customer.  2 were talking amongst themselves and 1 was dancing on his cell phone. 
   I walked to the register to finally get help and then the man literally was holding my 2 boxes while strolling to talk to some people he knew.  
   I waited and we even made eye contact and he still stood there having a private conversation.
   I was agitated at this point. I walked up to him, grabbed the boxes from him and was done at this time.  
   I left the boxes right there on the bench as well as the 2 I already had at the counter. They lost my $400.00 and a customer.
   Hope the company is proud of their unprofessional employees stealing clock time while losing customers and profit.

Although this location is understaffed, they do pretty well with what they have. The inventory is huge compared to my original location in Augusta. I've been shopping finishline for over 5 years and these were the first location to offer the winner's circle card to me!
