Another one out of service. Come on vystar! I'm spending my whole lunch break looking for a atm in service. On to number 3. Hope that one works.

I had my first lengthy communication with a Vystar representative today! I had recently purchased a car and the dealership used the bank and I ended up using Vystar as the bank to mortgage the car! I noted they had a great Visa card and had previously been told that I would not have to run credit again which was not true and a conflict I previously had with the bank. This was since they had a credit score from 2 weeks ago. Both individuals I spoke too were extremely unfriendly and very rigid. For a credit union which I belong to 4 already, it was the unfriendliest bank I have ever dealt with! I got the credit card but that's all I want from Vystar with the kind of distant communication and cold attitude I received from the bank. The worst of any financial institution I have dealt with. Credit unions are generally kind, patient and very cordial. Just having a credit card I don't have to talk with anyone! Thoroughly disappointed . I had considered putting some retirement monies there but have since this morning changed my mind! I would be totally irritated having bank employees speak to me in the condescending way I experienced and put thousands of dollars in that institution!
