I took out $500 on Sunday from my savings to put into my checking account with $40 cash that I had on me. The new chip reader has you to keep your card in the ATM (which I was aware of so I took my card out) I put $540 into the ATM it confirmed the amount into my account but gave me a paper that said unable to do transaction. The ATM never gave me back my money and it didn't put it into my account. I called vystar and the lady advise I would have to wait to call the bank on Monday so they can start an investigation. It's crazy and I don't get why the ATM didn't give me back my money! I'm very disappointed. I hope I am able to get my money back as quick as that ATM took my money!

Drive up Atm. hardly ever anyone in line. Usually very quick.
