The workers were very rude, they made my friend, and I very uncomfortable. The food tasted horrible like prison food so we will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. If there was an option for 0 stars I would definitely give this place a 0 out of 5 stars.

I've been eating here for around 18-years. I see little turn over in staff here. My favorite staffed shift is the graveyard shift that gets off around sunrise. They are pros at their jobs & Best flat grill cook. Food is consistently prepared/served and reasonably priced. Win-win for the hungry 24/7. 
My only real gripe is that the place is FREEZING year 'round. I always have to bring sweaters in the summer and in the winter, I usually eat w/ my coat on. I understand it's part the whole open kitchen concept of cooking & keeping grill area temperature tolerable for the cook. I also know better than to mess w/ the comfort of the person cooking my food. 😉
My only negative observation is that the uniforms are depressingly drab and in serious need of updating. Dear Independent Owner of this non-corporate Waffle House: Functional, affordable, and durable uniforms do exist, while yet managing to not be such a soul sucking reminder of the economic limits of one's job. Seriously, those uniforms are so uninspiring & drab to look at that I can only wonder how it impacts the pride & loyalty of the staff whom have to wear them.

I came here based on the reviews as it was convenient.  I have never eaten at a Waffle House before but have noticed them about every 5th highway exit so thought I would give them a go.  

I went in for dinner so I can not speak to their breakfasts but in sort it was all terrible.  The server was miserable, my girlfriend found a piece of String in her drink (!?) And when I advised her and just asked for a fresh drink she begrudgingly obliged without an apology.  My GF ordered a chicken burger and had to pull out the chicken as it was inedible, I got the steak...  just OK at best, side salad was awful.  The two stars come from the fact the hash browns and Texas toast were good.

First and last time I will dine at a Waffle House.

Good service overall from Carol.  The grits were good.  All the food ordered came promptly along with our coffee refills.  I wished there was a Waffle House in California where I  from.  The price was good too very reasonable.
