I went around 11pm, and all my partner and I ordered was 3 waffles. We got our food pretty fast, but our drinks never got refilled. The only drinks we got we're the ones we got when we got there, when she asked what drink we wanted. She even asked if I wanted a refill, I said yes. She even said a couple times, "Oops sorry, I forgot your refill." I finally got my drink in a to go cup an hour later, but never got it refilled while I was seated. She was sweet, and we weren't in a huge hurry, but we were the only two customers in the entire restaurant, so it would've been nice to get our drinks refilled at least once before we left. Our server was nice, just the service was not fast at all.

This waffle house is always clean, which I appreciate. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm on a strict diet and they helped me figure out exactly what I could have.

Food was good and coffee hot but had to try to get waitresses attention several times before we final got refills. Were dine eating for a while before our dishes were removed. Were still on our 2nd cup of coffee when waitress asked if we wanted anything else. We said no, then she informed us her boss was there and people were waiting for booths so if we weren't going to be getting anything else we needed to go pay so others could sit. We had only been there maybe 45 minutes and that's not very long considering getting a booth, ordering, eating and enjoying our coffee while visiting with an old friend. We won't be back.
