Consistently great pizza, good portions of toppings. Good solid crust, just thick enough to hold all those toppings without getting droopy or soggy.

I Love Jack's Pizza, BUT ....This location is HORRIBLE, I ordered the first time and the crust was soggy and all my toppings fell off then I ordered again and asked for my crust to be well done and I Literally got a burnt pizza and when I call the response I got was "You said you wanted it well done", Plus a few  other smart comments... Pissed me off and I wish I could post pic's on here!!! POOR SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY OF FOOD!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR FULL CREDIT FOR ANOTHER LOCATION... WONT BE ORDERING FROM THIS ONE AGAIN!!!! I NEED OWNER'S INFO OR BBB.

Worst customer service ever! They messed up pizza and wanted to argue instead of making it right. Even after bringing the pizza back and the receipt showing the order. They still denied fault and wanted to argue. They refused to tell who owner of store was. Because obviously it wouldn't benefit them. There are to many other options then to ever make this a possibility. Bad choice of business unless you are in it to lose customers and lose money. You won't see any of mine again!!!
