I never give a totally bad rating on a business. However, I have to admit that the only good thing about my visit to this waffle house was leaving. The table was dirty for starters. Even after asking for it to be cleaned. I guess the server thought cleaning and wiping with a dry rag were the same. The service was just plain terrible. Of course my food might have been all brought to the table at once, if the manager would've help the chef prepare the food. But, instead he choose to distract him by playing around. That's what happens when you hire a child to do a grown-up job. I have to say never again will I eat there.

They never answer the phone for to-go orders. Food is normally on point, save a time or two. Staff is hit or miss, each time I've gone I've either had really nice people help me or people who obviously were not feeling the job. Overall, just OK.

They NEVERRRR answer phone,then will pick up and hang up then act like they didn't know and there is an issue with phone lines. Employees are VERY unprofessional. Managers are more so their friends instead of telling them what they need to do to be professional as if they're scared of them. They argue in front of customers instead of handling their internal affairs internally!! SMH...corporate will be contacted!

Good old Waffle House . It's always open, the staff is always friendly and the quality of the food is consistent.
